I have ordered take out food from this fast food location 11 times, and out of 11 times, they have got my order right 3 times. I 'm sure there is someone out there that orders mozzarella sticks without marinara sauce, but not me, and I will not eat them without it. So the three times they got it right, I would call ahead and ask them to add this sauce to my bag. So tonight, I called and was reassured once again they would, and nope, so I called back to the store and I told the lady what happened how I called ahead and was reassured I would have it and didn 't get it once again. She said, I 'm so sorry about that. I expressed that I was upset and going to toss another order of mozzarella stick into the trash. She then said my team knows that these go together, and I said well I guess they don 't as I have to call, and they still don 't get the order right. . She said I 'm not sure what more you want me to say to you, so have a nice night and hung up on me. With me being a type 1 diabetic I count my carbs before my order gets here as I have to wait 15 to 20 mins after adding more insulin to my pump and allows me to stay within safe number 80-140 limits. When places mess up on this sort of stuff it can cause medical issues as my sugar numbers dropped, and my husband had to take certain measures to help me bring my sugar number back to safe numbers. I 'm very upset but the part that upset me is how I was spoken to when I called back. Simple errors happen but this is a pattern if it has happened this many times to one household I personally didn 't make any errors and to be spoken too like this after they got my order incorrect is appalling and they will never ever get my business again.
We enjoy Arby's. We do the drive in because my husband uses a walker. People are friendly and helpful. I love their jamocia shake. Had a problem with the sandwich because I just had a tooth pulled a week ago. But we do like this restaurant
Drive through guy needs to chill. Blonde hair, earrings and an attitude. Off day? Manger should have sent you home. They don’t care. Used to like this place and food but customer service has went down hill. Been in this industry before and an attitude like that can drive business south. Do better! For real do better! Stores probably hemorrhaging loses. Sad sad sad. Manger of the store was short when I asked why he is so angry. She said “he’s our best employee” lmao what a joke. Take care of the people and the people will take care of you. Can’t believe I can’t give (0) stars. Management needs to be replaced. People like that don’t need to be operating a window. Is he your “best employee” because he shows up? Look for better traits. Do better! I feel sorry for the owner.
Ordered the 2 for 5 wraps. 1 ranch 1 honey mustard. The flavors weren't terrible but the chicken tenders in the wraps had almost no meat in them. Should be 2 for 3 since the amount of actual chicken meat in 2 wraps is about 50% of 1 normal chicken tender.
