Wendy's - Grand Rapids

Food was good hot fries, they were short of workers, but didn't have to wait long.

The workers at this Wendy's were on top of things. Food was hot and fast, good work!

The order taker was short, which made us feel rushed. We got our order, getting ready to eat, realized it wasn't right. My daughter took our whole order with the receipt into the store. The manager came out and was very short and rude. She didn't even listen to what actually happened. Will not go there again. If you're wondering yes I have been there and through the drive thru with no incidents

Tried their breakfast for the first time and it was really good. The staff was really nice and friendly

Drive rhru staff not very friendly. No smiles no hi, nothing.
