Wendy's - Grand Rapids

Update 2022 Part 3: I wanted to write another disappointing review when this piece of magic happened.... I think my order of Baconator-Fries has more bacon then fries!!! It's like diving into a bowl of amazing tasty!!! Hate you Wendy, you got me on this one! Joshua:2 Wendy:1. See you next time.

I love Wendys, but this place is not the best. We were greeted at the entrance, yes. But after that we ordered the kiosk and there was a woman at the counter, but she basically ignored us when we waited for our food. She seemed to have an attitude, didn't recognize us until the food was ready. We made two small orders, both of which were wrong. Wow incredible. I thought because we were inside, it wasn't that things were right. But no. I think it was useful. Never!

Had to go up several times to get what we ordered. Never get the right size frosty for granddaughter. Burger tasted like he was sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Probably not back to this.

A good Wendy's experience, me and my son. The order was accurate, the food was fresh and delicious. seating area was clean and well kept. Thank you.

Recently went to a Wendy's with my family. The counter guy c9mes around the corner with food on his face. He was clearing his mouth of food and wiping his mouth and beard with his hands. Didn't wlec9me us. He just said what can I get for you. The same guy packed our food and made out frostys without washing his hands. Just nasty and unsanitary
