Wendy's - Grand Rapids

Tldr: big teamworker! the drive thru took a long time. it seemed to be slapped during eating. when my eating came out, the employee was hella nice and joked about how chaotic it was (can my 50 nugget order made the dinge interesting). really cool employee interaction. and to round it off, the nuggets were perfect! it was a kerl with a bart on layer around 8pm 11/10/22. the kerl needs an increase in salary! (hope management sees this)

Avoid this location, if possible. they have cut us articles to 4 of our last 5 delivery orders, and massif we have received some of the items we have received with our order. driving through the service is not much better where we also very rude service, especially at breakfast where the cash register was always sarcastic with me and called me a liar to my face when I told him he got my order wrong. I have reached several times with little recourse to the administration. take your business elsewhere!

I have a part of the order wrong to our guns, eating was fresh and piping hot. almost it did not go through the car ride thru because it was completely back to west river, but it was midday so thought all the restaurants we supported. but the line was very fast. super beaten because they had no salate.

The manager goes to the theke who eats in her mouth pushes and cries on the back “Front Counter!”. spit flew from her mouth. young man, who makes fries with dirty dresses, unreleased and incandescent, wore a dirty baseball cap and treated the fries without gloves. I asked for my money back. will not come here anymore.

Pretty consistent at not having items available or giving you something different than what you ordered.
