Tim Hortons - Grand Rapids

The staff here are always friendly and efficient. I ordered a croissant with an egg, which isn't listed on the menu as anything other than a croissant, but they gladly made it for me anyway. The people here are really nice. I also tried a black coffee, and it was just okay, but she had a vanilla cold foam cold brew and absolutely loved it.

The prices have increased notably here, and it would be great if the lobby reopened, as it has been closed for two years. However, the coffee and donuts remain my favorites.

I really enjoy Tim Hortons. A year ago, I was with a Canadian who had the great taste to prefer Timmy's over Dunkin' or Dieux. I feel the same way! (I had a large black coffee.)

I love strawberry refreshers. but I always command burned ice n extra strawberry depending on who I work what I like. Today I didn't get what I ask is the 4th time. So I went to other tim hortons exactly got what I want. I will continue to drive to get what I want now! You will taste like cocos water with something earthy. not happy. I love some of the workers they are nice.

I like their coffee, and I am definitely a fan of their donuts. However with the coffee, what is up with your lids Tim Hortons? The flat lid totally leaks, and the dome lid drink hole is placed so far towards the center of the cup, that it is extremely difficult to drink from. Additionally, with the dome lid it tends to leak as well, especially if the worker put the lid on towards the crimped end of the coffee cup. You guys need a redesign!
