The Old Goat - Grand Rapids

I've heard about this restaurant for a while and it's a bit a walk from where we live so I wanted to make a reservation. I did this through OT. It really didn't help. We showed up and explained that we had a reservation, and it was clear that we were put on a list as if we had just walked in. I was a little frustrated to say it was 25-40min before they could put us. After that, the service and the meal were great. We shared.a Cheese Whiz App. We ordered lobster bisque. Daughter had chicken, woman had turkey sandwich, and I had shrimps and grits. It's fantastic. We will return for another round.

This place is phenomenal. The place is well made with many great touches. Service? Excellent. The food? We didn't have the bread, the bread or the goat cheese appetizers, but they looked really good. How, really good. The pizza was excellent. I had the Rhett Butler Sans Senf. What a regrettable judgment. No matter what a great sandwich.

Great food, good vibes. I have the Charley chicken sandwich. It was bangin. We asked them to surprise us with the salad they wanted to do. I don't remember what he said they were, but also they were delicious!

First time here for lunch Saturday. The atmosphere was very cool and had to enjoy piano music as we cloged our drinks. My husband ordered the Great Gatsby who was nade with gin, raspberry liqueur, lime juice and clubsauda. It was quite refreshing. For lunch I ordered the Broccoli cheddar soup. What arrived was a smooth emulsified cream-base-coup exploding with flavors. My husband had the green kitchen. We share the board and recommend you to get this charcuterie board. They won't be disappointed. We are very happy and will definitely add this to our list of favorite places to eat.

The food was good. I ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was a little dry, but adding a little of her house ranch made it much better. The riders were good and the service was also good.
