The Honeybird - Grand Rapids

This restaurant is essentially a fusion spot that combines soul food from the American South with Caribbean and African flavors and spices. While the menu was more limited than I expected, we visited before the official opening, so that might change. The owner was present and took a moment to chat with us, but not so much that it interrupted our experience. Overall, it's a place I would definitely return to.

I had a fantastic dining experience! I really enjoyed the jazz music; it created an intimate and classic atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!
