The Candied Yam - Grand Rapids

We had the Candied Yam for our office in Crowe Horwath. During the tax season we are always looking for exciting providers to feed our crew, and these people meet the brand! The staff was very friendly and the food came over the moon grass! An employee noticed this was one of the best meals I had in a long time. The fried chicken was to die and the sweet potato corn muffin has no comparison. Mac cheese and candid Yams were raised. With beans and greens like theirs, I could become a vegetarian. Thank you. We will call you again to try more of your delicious food!

I've been out of Virginia for 20 years and I've always hoped for a place with good South/Seelfood. The food is incredibly good, portions are big, the young man who works the counter was very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service, you get your money worth eating, they have the best Mac cheese in town, the sweet potatoes melt in your mouth and I'm usually not a fan of sweet potato cake, but they have changed my mind. Stop and give them a try

I loved every visit! My Go-to is the valuable food with roasted chicken, candied yams and sweet potato muffin. Delicious aromas, super delicate meat and a good price. I also appreciate the smile and the friendly service!

Great catfish and chicken, served piping hot. Friendly staff, even though we came in 12 minutes before closing time.Will definitely return.
