Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed an order online and received the incorrect item. The staff member who handed me my food initially confirmed that my order was correct and was very friendly. However, when I called to request a refund, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. He did not apologize or show any sympathy for the mistake. Instead, he told me I would have to come back to the restaurant to receive a refund. When I explained that I was unable to return, he responded harshly by saying I could come back "next time". This was by far the worst and most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a service worker.
When I arrived, most of the lights outside were off. As I looked at the menu, it was also dimly lit. The cashier said she would ask her manager to turn on additional lights so I could see better, but unfortunately they were unable to. I was informed that they were out of crispy shell taco dishes, so I opted for 2 soft taco supreme instead. I made sure to request no sour cream on them, along with 2 crunchy taco shells. This Taco Bell location in Grand Rapids is the worst, and I will be heading to the one on 28th street next time. Step up your game, Taco Bell! Rating: 7.
The drive-thru employee did a poor job and made mistakes with my order, most likely because she rushed us to place our order.
Which taco bell? I was this week at 3 of them. my first time at cascade on 28 st. I think it's new.
This definitely is not my go to place when I want Mexican food. It's mediocre at best.
