Sweetwaters Coffee Tea - Grand Rapids

The place is amazing , bright, open , colorful art and welcoming. The staff are lovely, made me a Cortado, even though not on the menu ??. But the Espresso is more on the bitter side and not having whole milk further took the taste down.

I would give them 6 stars if I could? I?m very fond of cinnamon rolls, and theirs is delicious! And the French Vietnamese Au Lait is excellent. The staff are wonderful, and there?s plenty of seating. I walked so not certain about the parking, but it looks like it is easily found. Lots of options for pastries. Definitely a coffee shop worth exploring. I?m not a tea drinker but they have a large variety of tea available. Long walk but I?ll be back.

I came in around 3pm on Monday, September 26th. The two baristas that were working at the time were amazingly friendly, outgoing, and provided perfect customer service. They answered all my questions about the Abianno espresso. The drink was amazing! And the tiramisu was equally one of the best I have had. Thank you very much for your amazing product and the amazing service and kindness provided by your baristas!

The service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I just wanted to grab a drink and head home. I didn't leave a tip for the server because I only ordered one drink and didn’t have much money to spare. She gave me an attitude when she saw I wasn’t tipping, which was unnecessary. As for the Thai milk tea, it tasted like watered-down food coloring. Overall, I'm not satisfied. I spent nearly $10 and received poor service along with a subpar drink. Thanks a lot, Sweet Water.

This is a very relaxed spot with excellent coffee! The dragon eye drink was robust and helped me power through the afternoon. It's a fantastic little place!
