Silver Derby - Grand Rapids

This is my favorite spot to grab a drink. The people here, both the customers and the staff, have become like friends and family to me! Just a heads up, avoid bothering the bartender unless you're ready for some playful teasing!

The bar is clean and great, the bartenders are fantastic worth a shot and going over there because it's always fun, first time loved it

This dive bar deserves five stars. From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent, with cold drinks served with a smile, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I was in Grand Rapids for a concert and wanted to grab a shot and a beer before heading back to Dearborn. After navigating through the bustling shops, I stumbled upon this nearby bar. We were quickly seated at the bar, and our drinks arrived promptly. Just after we settled in, a major football game kicked off, filling the place up. Although we didn’t receive a menu, we spotted an ad for hot dogs on the wall and saw plenty of snack options available. The bar also featured Keno, a pool table, and several gambling machines, indicating there was more to explore than just the front area. The restrooms were clean, the bill was affordable, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. I would definitely return to The Derby.

Great service, lovely atmosphere, and amazing Derby dogs! These aren’t your typical cheap hot dogs; they’re a cut above the rest! Definitely a nice spot to visit!
