Qdoba Mexican Eats - Grand Rapids

It was not a great experience. the personal was not very human, but not rude. Eat took forever, but tasted good. the device was extremely dirty. soda machiene was not clean at all and no table. cilantro was on the stand and chips too. will not be back to this place

Workers were extremely rude as soon as we walked in. They rudely informed us that they were cash only, and when asking prices of items they tiredly replied i don 't know . When getting our food, they threw things in rudely, and got annoyed when asking for more of something. The corn tasted rotten and the black beans were hard and undercooked. Additionally, the drink machine was out of order as well. Go somewhere else.

I wish would have read the reviews before we chose to eat at this location. We stopped at this location last month for lunch. I understand there is a lunch rush, particularly on Saturdays, however we had to wait 30-40 minutes total from ordering to receiving our food. Our food arrived cold, but we ate it anyway, as we were very hungry at that point. Staff seemed unorganized and couldn’t figure out how to make a simple quesadilla for our daughter. This location didn’t have any drinking straws (they simply said they were “out of straws” , I also couldn’t put the proper lid on my cup since they were apparently out of those too. Qdoba has already reached out to my wife and addressed all these issues with her in a satisfactory way. I simply wanted to post this review to discourage people from eating at this location.

I used to go to this location 1-2 times a week and never had a complaint, the staff was awesome and friendly and the food was good and the quality I expect from Qdoba. However the past 18 months this location has declined a lot...... The food is often cold, undercooked or overcooked. Many of the staff members are working their butts off but many others are rude, disrespectful and uncaring.I miss when I could go to this location and know I'd be leaving with a good experience.

I went inside to order food for takeout. The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly. 5/5 stars for cleanliness and customer service.The quality of the food was not very good compared to other QDOBA restaurants that we have been to. The tortilla chips were extremely salty and the food was cold. This is why the rating ultimately was listed as 2 stars out of 5.
