Pizza Hut - Grand Rapids

I ordered pizza here and got the wrong order. when I tried to correct it, I couldn't go through and tried 20 minutes. very dissatisfied.

2 pizzas ordered and had a free, boneless wing because they forgot them last time on a delivery order. pizzen paid and gave them certificate for wings, only to forget wings to find again. employees have no communication or energy. pizza was really good what the irony of everything is. customer service should be the simple part, especially if it is pre-ordered.

I ordered a large pizza, it was visibly burned and there was simply enough soss to give it the look of the sauce. $25 is a lot of money to throw in the garbage.

No energy in hired, gave insecure pizza crust, only a bad experience overall.

Super fast and still hot. Rang the doorbell to let us know it was delivered, which so many places fail to do.
