Paddock Place - Grand Rapids

Was there for a birthday dinner. Great room, food and service. The best waiter and table service I've had for years. Our waitress was attantive, but very inconspicuous, she understood record signal and knew how and when, without asking clear. The tables were well set and with the exception each place had only one knife and fork no spoon 3 mice silver the minimum setting.

We went for dinner and thought the food and ambiance were great. It’s cozy, very traditional home feel. The hostess cautioned us that the restaurant only had two waiters. The service was still good, I think because it wasn’t that busy. Staffing could be improved though for a restaurant this size. All in all we loved the food and atmosphere we will be back! The chicken sandwich (featured) and fig and chèvre pizza were so good!

We had a wonderful experience as we enjoyed a birthday brunch at Paddock Place last Sunday. We were warmly welcomed and promptly seated. Our server Sophia was amazing. She was attentive and friendly. (It was Halloween weekend and she was dressed as a nun the food came out quickly and was hot. The presentation on the plates was great and it tasted even better. My wife had the skillet which she loved, two of us had the breakfast bowl-an absolute 10! It is a great spot for a Sunday brunch. We will certainly return!

We had such an amazing dining experience! This was our first visit, and the building itself is gorgeous, but with a very cozy atmosphere inside. Our server, Alex H., was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Alex was fun, energetic, knowledgeable, and overall, just a kind, wonderful human. The whole team was fantastic, exceptionally polite, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. We will be back, and requesting Alex as our server!

Had a great experience here. The building and atmosphere is amazing! Great history and decor! We had cocktails while waiting for our friends and had good conversation with the staff. When we were at our table, the staff was very helpful! The food was on point and very cost effective! I do recommend this establishment! If you want to impress friends or family, this is the place. Although the attire is casual, the experience feels very exclusive!
