Food is always great, the service has ups and downs as there is always new servers but that's not their fault. Dang millennials.

Absolutely amazing service! This restaurant was so very cozy and clean. The quality of the food was out of this world. So very fresh!

Definitely a bit more Americanized/modern, but reliably good food the hibachi is consistently good and there are so many good sushi options as well.

Great food. We got there at 5 pm and there was no personnel around which was odd. They had some meeting in the kitchen and eventually we had to call them to get someone to show up. There was a line of people. Great gluten free options and knowledgeable.

I recently went to Maru on Cherry st and I cannot say enough amazing things! The sushi was very good and I love the selection of non alcoholic beverages. One thing that made my night was my amazing server, Molly! Not only was she an amazing server but, unfortunately, on my way to the restroom I tripped over my own feet and me and my belongings hit the floor. She immediately put down what was in her hands and helped pick me and some of my things up. I was so embarrassed but she made me laugh and feel better about it. Thank you, Molly! What an amazing person to have working there! I will be back!
