Jimmy John's - Grand Rapids

The sauce was average at best. I felt like I wasted my money on it. I tried to bring up my concern with the owner through the provided link, but they didn't seem to care. I find it ironic that they are now asking for feedback through the same link.

This restaurant is top-notch with gourmet dining. Li and Gavin provide excellent customer service. The teamwork among the staff is outstanding. Overall, I would rate this place a perfect 10 out of 10.

I live only 0.6 miles away from the restaurant, but it took 55 minutes for my delivery to arrive. Unfortunately, my order was missing the chips and my drink was spilled due to the ice melting. I mentioned the issue to the restaurant, but overall it was a rather disappointing experience.

The food was great, but the clientele is terrible. Expect to be judged and stared at by the people who shop at this location. I was stared at for the clothes I'm wearing. My friend is black and was stared at for nothing more than her skin color.
