Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet

If I could give zero stars, I would, the one star is too much. we were halfway through our food and found haare in it. absolutely disgusting. I'm so upset. I took my plate to the volk and they said it was the hair of the child (my cousin who was not near my teller). When I asked for a refund, the lady laughed at me and said they don't have to pay. I can't stand up for me said good. it was a little expensive for a person $22. my food was cold. the servierutensils were all mixed together and opaque. would never leave. I am very upset and will never go back. I will also tell people all over the campus (gvsu, not even look at this place) I really wish I had something good to say. I am sad, disgusted and hope I will not get food poisoning.

First and last time eating at this place! Rude staff. There was hair in our food and made us pay $22 for 1 person. And laughed at us when we tried to ask for a refund. We only ate a couple of bites.

Really good food. A little expensive. My only complaint is that the bathroom was totally trashed. Had to clean the toilet surrounding area before using the facilities. After leaving the restroom a worker came right in to clean up. Other than that my family I were satisfied. Plenty of food.. plenty of desserts. Enjoyed my visit

Just as a previous review stated, SCAM“All You can Eat Snow Crab Legs Every Sunday.” This might be true for One or two customers once an hour.My first and last time eating at this restaurant.They advertise all you can eat crab legs and seafood and charge $17.99 dinner price all day on Sunday, even during lunch. We wouldn’t have minded paying that price had we been able to actually get more than a few crab legs. They were bringing the crab legs out once per hour (if that often) and not that many. They even put a huge butter dish in the tray in order to give the illusion that there was more crab legs being brought out.We heard others saying they were there for the crab legs and left discussed without getting any at all. I’m calling it false advertisement, luring customers in their restaurant and not following through.Also, the shrimp weren’t deveined and they were disgusting!I usually only leave a review if the restaurant is really amazing or really bad.

I have been routinely going here and I have figured out what they do, they bring one container of it out every hour. Literally 5-6 people take all of them, usually employees on their break.It is terrible that we pay $20 for a buffet with NO CRAB LEGS.
