Fuji Yama Asian Bistro - Grand Rapids

Fuji Yama is one of my favorite places to eat. The food and service is almost always excellent. It's rare that I leave feeling disappointed with my experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Placed an online order and 15 minutes later received a call that they had cancelled my order because some of the items I ordered were from the lunch menu. I had no idea that the items were from lunch, I just selected the food items I wanted. I asked if the lunch menu was normally up after lunch ended and if this was a common thing and whoever I was speaking to said no they just didn’t switch it to the dinner menu. My card was still charged and cleared my account also and I have to go through the trouble of disputing the charges with my credit union. I have been a huge supporter of Fuji Yama since they have opened and recommend this business as often as I can but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional. I had even called back and asked to speak with someone and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and no one ever came to the phone so I hung up. Do better Fuji Yama and take care of the people who take care of you and support your business, your customers!

Took my 5 year old there for a special lunch. Our waitress helped pick out the right sushi roll for the kiddo, and we also placed an order to go. My sumo roll was fantastic. Easily one of the best rolls I have had in my life. 5/5, will be going again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
