Big Shawn’s Cheesesteaks

Food messed my stomach up for 2 days in a row. Grease needs to be changed I've been here B4 and the food was remarkable not sure if it was just a BD day or what.

First time order. Beef was chopped up too small, no cheese, couldn't find mushrooms, maybe a few banana pepper slices, bread too thick, not toasted. Needed more grilled onions. what was there tasted good.

I placed an online order at 4:15 p.m. and arrived at 4:30 p.m. as indicated on the online forms. Despite the open led signs being on, all doors were locked and there was no one inside. I attempted to call the phone number multiple times with no response. It is now 5:30 p.m. and the website still indicates that my order is being processed. The door decals and hours posted online indicated that they were open, but it was evident that they were not. Despite this, my card was still charged. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.

2nd time I have been to this place and unfortunately both times have been awful the lady that works there is so rude and her customer service is horrible.First time I went I ordered loaded fries and the fries were cold and burnt.This time they were out of chicken, tomatoes, chili, and so forth.I am all for supporting local businesses, but if you are wanting this business to grow it’s a MUST to hire some new improved help or someone that can at least pretend to be friendly and helpful.

Customer service is great, people are friendly and fast. Food is amazing hot and fresh. Decent portion sizes.Tried cheesesteak sandwich, cheesesteak fries, chicken wings, an cheesesteak egg rolls. Everything was delicious.
