Big Boy - Grand Rapids

We had to be in G.R. and I wanted a slim jim and hot fudge cake. service was excellent, eating was hot and tasty. only had 4 stars, as there were some cleaning problems in toilets.

The place was extremely understaffed. Two servers greeting entrants, taking orders, taking payment and bussing tables. Needless to say service was extremely slow. I observed several people walking out without being acknowledged. Food was subpar compared to many Big Boys I have dined in. I will not return to this Big Boy.

First time at this location, about 20 or so years since I have ate at a Bob's Big Boy!I must say, it was just ok... The portions have definitely gotten smaller, the taste was just mehhh the service {at least at this location} was something to be desired....Don't think I missed much in the many years since I have been here.Not sure if I will return or not honestly.

Place is a pig pen. Floor covered with food,walls are just as bad.its time for the owner to remodel it's so old. The staff was nice all but one lady. Other than being homless,I would of never ate their in my whole life.my sister paid for the food.

Kitchen manager with blonde hair is incompetent and literally knows nothing i asked about and is so rude. Replace him. Used to love coming here and now i wont be back. I had a horrible experience and the food was nasty and cold after waiting 25 minutes when it was so slow.
