Sonic Drive-in - Grand Prairie

I visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve and was pleased that they were open. The service was quite slow, and the chicken tenders seemed a bit undercooked. However, everything else was excellent. I highly recommend the garlic bacon burger—it's only available for a limited time, but it was definitely worth the wait!

This is my favorite spot for drinks and a quick snack. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that some items can't be ordered through the app.

Anyway, I finally got to speak with the manager about the issue, and she handled it perfectly. She quickly made fresh sandwiches from scratch for me and even offered a refund for the inconvenience. She was just an all-around fantastic person! I will definitely return. If everything had gone smoothly, I would have rated it a four, but the way the manager addressed the problem made all the difference.
