Good Day Cafe - Grand Prairie

I absolutely love this place! I've tried nearly everything on the menu, and I haven't found anything I didn't enjoy. The staff is consistently friendly, and the service is quick.

We were looking for a local restaurant to get dinner. They served breakfast all day, so that is what we ordered. Portions were very large. We took half our meal and reheated it for breakfast the next day. We were visiting from out of town so were looking for somewhere to get breakfast, found the good day cafe on google with average reviews, we arrived and were seated quickly and gave our orders (3 omelets, biscuits and gravy plus chocolate crapes) then the wait began, I'll say at this point the restaurant was not busy, 30-40mins later our food eventually came out, the omelets were full of jalapeños and completely overpowered everything. Our waitress seemed grumpy and disinterested in everything. At the prices they charge the food was poor and service worse.

Good Dar Cafe is consistently delicious! The service is excellent, and the portion sizes are quite generous. I always end up with leftovers.

First time was great. The second time, not so much. I'm sure it's all about the server. COFFEE IS $3.00 a cup!!! And our server never asked us if we wanted a refill. Cold eggs, food not brought out at the same time on a party of 4. I could go on, unfortunately. Try it. It's obviously a hit and miss.
