First Watch - Grand Prairie

The manager did come over and offered us some complimentary bacon and a gift card, but that wasn’t what we were looking for. He even suggested splitting our group into two separate tables, which felt unprofessional since we wanted to dine together as a family. While I appreciate the gesture, I found it quite insulting; we were there to enjoy a meal and pay for it. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I really enjoy this restaurant; it has a fantastic atmosphere and the food is delicious. However, one downside is that people tend to talk very loudly, making it hard to fully appreciate the meal because you can't hear properly. To make the most of your experience, try to arrive early if you want to enjoy lunch or dine outside, as the outdoor space is wonderful.

Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was excellent. The food was also quite delicious, but I’ll need to return to sample more dishes! I ordered the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and the kale tonic. My favorite dish from this visit was definitely the kale tonic and potatoes. While the eggs benedict was tasty, it didn't stand out to me as much as I expected. I will definitely be coming back!

We had a big party, all 10 of us loved our food! They place was great even though they were busy. Our service was on point.
