It has been over a month since they have had frozen drinks due to a broken machine.

I stopped by Dunkin on my way home after a long trip and arrived at this location around 4:30 AM. As I got out of my car and walked to the door, Laura saw me but chose to ignore me while I knocked, unsure why the door was locked. I then noticed the drive-thru was open and pulled in to ask her why she hadn’t informed me about it. When I pointed out that she had ignored me, her response was, "So what? Do we have a problem here?" Her attitude and demeanor made me uncomfortable, and I decided not to let her prepare any of my food.

I asked for lemonade they said it was seasonal, I asked for peach mango refresher that was pictured on the screen also none because it 's seasonal . Asked what they had and ordered a peach refresher. Asked for a 10 pack of variety munchkins, received this... a huge bag with 8 munchkins... regular, chocolate, and blueberry. Not very good customer service.

Went for a medium hot coffee and a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. They had no bagels and brought me out a cold ice coffee. I was gonna buy a donut with the coffee but then they brought a ice coffee. I just asked for a refund because it really really was not what I wanted. Just not a good experience 2nd try at the DD.
