I'm not sure who decides how long things are cooked, but I ordered the fish dinner. The first box I got was cold. When I opened the box, the pommes were deflated (i.e. they were cold) The Hushpuppies were crispy and tasty and cooked on the inside, and the fish was like Jerky and cold. The outside of the fish was the right color, but it was clearly overboiled on the inside. I took it back and they made me a fresh box. He said 8 minutes on the fish. I thought about it and thought it'd take only 2 to 3 minutes for fish? But okay... it was so overcooked, the outside was hard, but was the right color, and the inside was very dry. I think the fish is very old. The Hushpuppies were stabbed this time, crisp, but hot. Please adjust your cooking times and if the fish are old in the freezer and Hushpuppies, you need to turn your inventory. I paid $11 for food that was terrible. However, the fries and the Koleslaw were amazing. That's why I had another star. I don't like to give bad reviews, but they assured me that the box I brought back was FRESH and that they didn't hold fish under the heating lamps.... I think this is something, but I think the subject goes beyond sitting under the lamp. I will continue to order chickens from them. And I miss the old hot wings with the bones.

Normally a good experience here as far as the food and service, but yesterday they basically gave us water flavored gravy. The gray was literally the texture and consistency of water with gravy chunks in it. SMH and so gross! The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the chicken and rolls we're good per usual.
