If I could rate Boston Market in Grand Prairie out of 20 stars, I would definitely give it a low rating. It was the worst dining experience I have had in years! The staff was unhelpful, the food was cold, and they were out of many menu items without informing us beforehand. We were given insufficient utensils and when we tried to go back for a replacement through the drive-thru, we were ignored at the window. To top it off, they didn't even have iced tea available. I do not plan on returning to Boston Market unless significant changes are made or until I forget about the terrible service and food I received.
If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. I placed a catering order and arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time only to find the store closed without any prior notification. This left me in a panic two hours before my party, as I had no food. When I called customer service, they were unable to offer any assistance or provide a refund. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism displayed by Boston Market was truly disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from them.
Don’t come to this restaurant if you don’t want stomachache . I ordered family meal in the afternoon going home their soup and the rice already rotten but specially the soup smelI very bad . I bring back and let them know the lady work their checked and said she didn’t know the soup from yesterday already rotten ?. No sorry at all . I just want let you know should avoid this one or check your foods before you left their restaurant.I don’t know how they can passed inspection from health department .
Quality has gone down while prices go up. Potatoes were raw, sides I was looking for were not available Mac and cheese was very salty, and rolls were coldParking: Lots of parking
