Wendy's - Grand Ledge

Normally would give 5 stars but this Wendy's is not open all the time due to staffing.

Food was cold and awful. Service was slow. Restaurant had a bad smell.

Went there a few days ago around 9pm, had a mobile drive thru order, when I got to the speaker they took my order and put it through and when I got to the window the worked told me that it’s going to be a 15 minutes wait (for a single burger with nobody else there? . Well I wasn’t going to wait so I said ok well go ahead and cancel it, he told me I have to cancel it through the app and he watched me do it, well apparently you can’t cancel after it was already out through the system because I still got charged and left with nothing. Stole my money and wasted my time.

Went to work hungry because 20 minutes was not enough time for this Wendy's to handle 3 cars in the line. Could have complained about this place at least 5 other occasions for serving burnt burgers, but I have thus far held my tongue.

This is terrible I'm in a rush so I ordered ahead of time gave them 20 minutes and still no food
