Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe place we wanted was unexpectedly closed (on a weekday afternoon,) but dairy queen was open! they were fully occupied and took care of our group in time. the service was cheerful, the employees smiled and made eye contact, and overall we had a very positive experience! thanks to all who show up on the work, and thanks for the great service. one of the children left an article on a bank, and the coworker who found him was looking for us when we were gone. overall, it was a very positive experience and if the service goes on, I would not hesitate to return to this location.
Good always, employees were not the happiest. but we went into the window and let them laugh. they looked stressed so that we laughed at their day. hopefully it helped.
The young tussi was rude and was annoyed when I said a BLT salad, she never said it was called, but okay took me like 4 times to order her was not to hear. long rough fake nails in the window could count the worst my change. line was long prices ever higher
If the staff did not learn to pick up the pace in the drive, this will soon load out of the business, the new fast food restaurant on the road can not be the same menu, but the people will not tolerate extensive waiting time today Sunday, 4 september and I were in the drive thru for a at least 20 minutes with on the car in front of us and just a few people in the lobby, and as I could say there is little work.
Folks, seriously. I can’t believe how many poor ratings you continue to receive without making visible efforts to fix the problems. I stopped in for a sundae, there were 6 kids behind the counter laughing and carrying on like a detention class without the teacher in the room, and I finally had to say hello for someone to acknowledge me. I paid for a large Sundae which barely created the rim of the cup. I had to ask for a spoon, and I was given a tiny little sampling sized spoon that didn’t even reach the bottom of the cup. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them, and I heard giggles as I walked out the door. Please don’t respond to this review with “we take customer service very seriously” or any of that junk because it’s clear you do not, and it adds more insult to the service I already didn’t receive, just please read all of the reviews and address the issues one by one if you really care.
