Tim Hortons - Grand Island

I have spent over 1,000 dollars at this restaurant in the past. I am no longer going to Tim's, as I now make my own coffee and breakfast at home to save time. The wait time at the drive-thru is extremely long. I save money and time by not going there anymore. People should stop going to Tim's because everyone is frustrated with the long wait times. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 1 out of 5.

I thought the coffee my husband had was excellent, but as for myself, I found their iced tea to be quite terrible. It was overly brewed. My husband thought his breakfast sandwich was decent, but the hash browns ended up giving me indigestion. It seems like the quality of the food can be inconsistent. The service was good for a takeout meal, and the atmosphere was pleasant. In terms of ratings, I would give the food a 3, service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4. The price per person was between $10-20.

This Tim Hortons drive-thru is unbelievably slow, even with only 7 cars in line it takes at least 15-30 minutes to get a coffee. It almost seems like a social experiment in how long customers are willing to wait. Breakfast at this location is $1-10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5.
