Starbucks - Grand Island

I visited the restaurant around 7:30 PM and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my time there enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back to this location!

Terrible service, go to a local coffee shop like baristas if you want friendly and fast service.Even their support is incompetent. They sent me a link if I need additional help and it just leads to a directory of pages. You can't even send me a link to the actual contact page? Maybe get a job as a ditch digger or something you're more qualified for.

Always good choice for frappiccino drinks. Stopped now for B one of those enroute home from short meeting this evening.

I love the food at this place, but I have never waited so long in my life. I visited on November 17 and placed a mobile pickup order, deciding to pick it up inside since the drive-thru was packed. The inside was so crowded that there was nowhere to sit or even stand. I ended up waiting for an hour for my mobile order. I have to give credit to the team; they handled the situation with grace and a smile. However, my only issue was the long wait for my drink, which turned out to be incorrect. Instead of the hot apple cider I always order, I received something with pecans, which I cannot eat because they make me sick. I wasn’t able to go back right away since I had to work, but after my shift, I returned and the young lady kindly made my drink correctly without me even asking. Unfortunately, today was similar. It wasn’t as busy, but I still waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and once again they made my drink with pecans.

They were very busy, but very fast and everyone was friendly. food: 5/5
