Rocky's Ny Style Pizza - Grand Island

The slice menu for Rocky’s Island Pizza is incorrect. I ordered a Buffalo chicken pie, which should come with pesto, tomatoes, red onions and fresh basil, however it was only basic buffalo chicken. When I called the restaurant, I was told they don’t add the additional ingredients to their buffalo chicken pie and I was looking a different restaurant’s menu. I informed the person I ordered directly off their website and the number on my order was the number I was calling to complain. I was told they would look at the menu and they abruptly hung up. Needless to say, I won’t order in future as the menu is obviously not what they serve.

I ordered a pizza about 2 to 3 weeks ago and my order was completely wrong. I called back to express my dissatisfaction.The person tooks my name and said they will give me half off next time I order. Today I proceeded to call and make another order with them and express what was said the last time I ordered a pizza. The person put me on hold I've been was waiting for over 10 minutes and while I was waiting they was taking other orders and no one never came back to the phone. I am very dissatisfied with them and it seemed like a new owner is managing this place. Also while I was waiting they did not put me on hold they put down the phone and I was hearing credit card numbers going back and forth while they was reading them.

I decided to finally try this new pizzeria. (Sat 3/12 10:35am) I looked up the menu, decided for 4ppl what we would all have, and ordered on their online app (Slice). Selected the asap time slot and paid. (approx. 25 min) Drove from Tops supermarket to Rocky's and noticed it was closed. Website stated opens at 10:30am Saturday, sign on door said 11am???. There were no cars in parking lot, but I thought maybe the person to open the restaurant may have walked to work or taken the bus. I called and no answer. I phoned the number on my confirmation (Slice) and the lovely man stated they had cancelled my ordered and refunded my debit card, and had already sent me an email. Well, ok. I should have listened to the couple at Tops who had a negative experience there weeks prior. They did wish me luck, and we were all hoping for the best. From the Rocky's parking lot I called the number I knew from my childhood and ordered lunch. LaHacienda Brighton never fails. Thank you Brandon and LaHac team! 8 years on the Island and never went to Rocky's. Sorry you don't get second chances.

Ordered wings after looking at the reviews and also right next door. Wings were barely cooked, felt like sauce was poured on the wings and that's it. Garlic parmesan barely had any flavor. The fried mushrooms and fried cauliflower were so raw, had to throw away whole of those 2 orders. Also, got less than 6 pieces of mushroom for 5.99 and the same with cauliflower.....way too expensive. Maybe we were the last ones for the night or maybe the place is better at Pizzas, but definitely not good for the ones we ordered.
