Chipotle Mexican Grill - Grand Island

I just had lunch at this restaurant and was really impressed. Even though they were incredibly busy, every staff member was working hard to ensure that everyone received excellent food and service. It would have been easy for them to get flustered, but all I saw was outstanding teamwork! The man at the grill even helped a woman find the restroom. Despite the fast pace, everyone seemed calm and collected. Great job, everyone!

My partner and I have visited many Chipotle locations over the past year, and we’ve never had a bad experience—until now. My partner ordered a steak bowl, and the steak was inedible due to excessive fat. The rice was bland and overcooked. I couldn’t even finish my burrito bowl because it was so disappointing. We won't be coming back to this location.

The professionalism at this restaurant leaves much to be desired, as management often uses inappropriate language towards their employees. The store's schedule is inconsistent, and cleanliness is not up to standard. I would be surprised if this establishment remains open beyond this year.

Eating was cold, chips were stale, super small portions compared to other chipotle mexican grill workers were rude when I said something about our food.

Good food. we came close to closing and they were small on some things.
