The Wooden Spoon Bistro Bake Shop

We drove for four hours before we decided to stop somewhere. We always travel through grand forks and never bother stopping.. But today, we seen a new bistro sign on the highway and we 're glad we took a chance!Very small little place, and it was packed. Young couple were running it, but even with it being so busy, they still managed to get food out fast, and everything we had was top notch!We all ordered different things so we could share, and the soups were both unreal. Attention to detail, creative menu with food choices, and they don 't care to try something a little out of the 'norm '!!I 'll make sure to tell others coming through this way that it 's worth the stop!! Cudos!

The wooden spoon is so great. It is actually the greatest. Ever. The food is phenomenal, and the chef and manager are so good looking, really topping off the experience! I highly recommend this place for anyone who actually enjoys eating quality food, in a chill, welcoming, warm environment with an attractive staff!

A great find on #3. If you're headin through Grand Forks and have an empty stomach, skip past those greasy grub shacks like A&W or DQ and make your way to the Wooden Spoon.<br/ <br/ The bistro is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the food is exceptional!<br/ <br/ I can Not wait to go back for more. But hey, when the food is reasonably priced, well portioned, and very tasty, could You!?

Had breakfast here based on reviews. I had the cornbread with bacon& pouch eggs that was recommended in one of the reviews. Wow it was fantastic. Nice place to eat. Service with a smile.

Great little bistro downtown (now on 2nd street). The staff was nice. The menu is very cool and it was hard to pick what to order because there were so many good options. I got the Bahn Mi sandwhich and it was great. Cool vibe.
