Tim Hortons - Grand Falls

All three locations of tim hortons in grand falls nb are terrible places to go the service is bad there isnt any sugar in your coffee when u order something its never what u ask for i have been a customer for years now and have officialy switched over to mcdonalds coffee since today !!! I have spoken to there management and nothing gets done about it just bad customer service they do not care about customer satisfaction not one bit .

I go to Tim every morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I get my coffee everyday and i also like their breakfast sandwich. It’s fast and easy and affordable. The muffins are delicious. The soup are very good.

Right close to the down town area and shopping boutiques. Beautiful boulevard and easy to get to see the famous jockey monument of Ron Turcotte triple crown winner on SECRETARIAT.

We stopped at this Tim Hortons while driving from Nova Scotia to Toronto. The staff seemed pleasant. I ordered a coffee and took it back to the truck to look at the map and plan the next leg of the trip, my fiance ordered a grilled cheese sandwich to go with her coffee. There had been nobody else in line and 3 or 4 people at tables in the restaurant. after 10-15 minutes during which time the staff made sandwiches for people who had come in after her, she still did not have her sandwich. She came to the truck and said that's it, I am not waiting any longer and wasting our time. I had not opened my coffee as I was waiting until I was back on the highway. When I did try it, I almost threw it out. Either it had been sitting in the pot too long, or the pot had burnt dry earlier, but there was an extremely strong burnt taste to the coffee. I am a regular Tim's client, all over the country, and this was by far the worst Tim's experience I have ever had.

This Tim Hortons is a social centre for the people in this town. The coffee is delicious and the food is good as well. Mainly its the friendliness of the staff that make this place stand out. I have visited numerous Tim Hortons and this one was the friendliness I've ever seen. The staff seem to really enjoy their work. Clean clean clean premises as well!
