Flo's Cafe - Grand Coulee

Typical little town dinner. The food was good. We waited about 45 minutes for our order. It was a pretty busy Sunday breakfast rush, but the food was served hot and delicious. Crisp Hash Browns, scrambled eggs perfectly and toasty English Muffin. Highlight is the homemade strawberry rhubarb jam for the toast. The previous rating is 3 years old at this point. Things have to change because our experience was charming.

The reviews were not great, so we almost overhauled this place that would have been a shame. They were very busy, but the server was on everything. We don't have coffee or attention. The food took a bit (again very busy), but it was well cooked and our custom details looked right. I found Flos to be a great experience.
