Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Instead of the sides I wanted, they gave him two large Cajun rice containers. I used a coupon, which was supposed to make the family meal $21.99, but I still ended up paying over $40. To make matters worse, the cashier didn’t provide a receipt. I highly recommend going to another Popeyes location. I've never encountered a restaurant that delivers such a complete opposite of what customers request!

Upon my arrival, the staff were busy handling drive-thru orders. The cashier acknowledged my presence and assured me she would be with me shortly. The manager also noticed me and mentioned that she would take my order as soon as she delivered food to a customer parked outside. Ultimately, the cashier took my order. There were no other customers in the lobby besides me, and they attended to me promptly and courteously. They prepared my food fresh, and everyone was very polite. The cashier even brought my food to my table. While I dined in, I could hear the manager taking orders at the drive-thru. She was on the headset and was exceptionally pleasant and professional. It's quite rare nowadays to encounter someone who communicates with such kindness, especially when they are busy with their tasks. Overall, I have to say that the entire experience was fantastic.

The first problem I had was I was told I can't place phone orders for large orders, even for the business I work for. I had to take extra time out of my day to drive over and place the order and wait. The business I'm in, time is money and I'm not at work, I'm losing money. I get there and place the order and ask for some of the sandwiches to be plain. I get to work with the order to find the plain sandwiches still have pickles on them. I don't understand how someone can mess up a plain sandwich. It's just chicken and bread. Needless to say, it's going to be a very long time before I return here to get lunch for a my team.
