Qdoba Mexican Eats - Grand Blanc

This restaurant is the dirtiest I have ever been to. The trash cans outside were overflowing with garbage and the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in years. The toilet paper rolls were not even in the covered dispenser, but left on the unsanitary handicap bars.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, and I'm pretty sure I have given them a good review in the past. However, my experience today was disappointing. I ordered their new lime shrimp dish, but the shrimp was bad. It was rotten and smelled terrible. The staff were all teenagers and the restaurant was chaotic and messy. I regret not leaving when I saw how poorly it was being run. I have no intention of returning, even to redeem a free meal.

These workers were slammed tonight! Between people not wanting to cook before thanksgiving and pregaming for bar night it was super busy! I was sooo impressed by the workers tho they kept smiles on their faces and were so friendly! The communication was impeccable as well and of course the food was bomb as always! Every time I go in here I?m impressed, keep it up happy holidays ;

I have been coming to this restaurant for about 10 years. I live just three minutes away, but recently the quality of the food and service has declined. Today, around 7:15 PM, my son and I decided to have dinner there. We were disappointed to see that they were giving very small portions of food in our bowls. When we asked for a little more, we were told that there would be an additional charge. I requested double chicken, but when it was added to my bowl, it was only half a scoop and I was charged $2.95 extra. I expressed my disappointment and suggested that if there is an additional charge, it should be worth it. However, after that, the server began to give even smaller portions. If I am paying $16 for a nacho bowl, I expect it to be enough to fill me up.

I was honestly impressed with the costumer service. After not having the best experiences at other places, the GB doba exceeded expectations. I was particularly impressed with James (the stronger looking boy) he was very respectful and took the time with each costumer. After a long practice he gave me an extra burst of energy and life for the rest of the night!
