I recently ordered food from Little Caesar's through their app and had it delivered by DoorDash. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and the food was delivered to the wrong address. Despite contacting them, there was nothing that could be done to recover my almost $40 worth of food. My family and I are very disappointed and unhappy with the situation.
I called in an order for a hot and ready dish and three breads for my family. The woman on the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes, so I arrived on time. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes for the breads, but that wasn't a big deal to me. What did bother me was how the manager treated the staff. I witnessed them yelling aggressively at the woman working the register, repeatedly scolding her for not getting orders right. I found it very off-putting, and it makes me hesitant to support this establishment in the future.
I destroyed two PIZZAS and them. It was just a single man. Then I hunted up and blown to the MANAGER, and he managed to tell me that he beat the PORTALEN so that we shoot the OR PIZZA another time. That's all the WORST LITTLE does. Not God.
I can not even express in words how upsetting the experience was here. I went to this location thinking the quality of food would be better. I want to say that there was clearly an issue where the lady was being rude and unprofessional to only two of us in this place and was helping everyone else. I will be contacting Corperate when I can get ahold of them. The one lady have been waiting for over an hour and when asked about her order she was ignored and went on to helping others. The lady addressed her so she clearly heard her. I wanted to two hot and ready and was waiting with my infant. She said it would be 20 minutes I said OK and she wouldn't let me pay and moved on to someone else. 10 minutes later another lady came in and she allowed her to pay. Then she walked out with the two hot ready I ordered. I understand it was busy but what I don't understand is why the customer service is almost none existent and why others are being treated differently. Never would I treat anyone in the manner in which this individual did.
