Firehouse Subs Grand Blanc

During my lunch break, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There were three employees working, yet it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order, even though I was the only customer. After that, I waited another 15 minutes for my meatball sub. The staff seemed slow and lacked a sense of urgency. I certainly won't be returning to pay for food here again.

Fantastic subs with high quality ingredients. This recent trip was not disappointed. The subs were thrown together, had very little meat on them, mostly bread pots. The first time I was disappointed, the sandwiches are mostly well made. I had the new Prime Rib Steak, which I had tasted really well. I wish it was better.

I had no idea a sandwich could be so delicious. I was totally broken. I never tasted a sandwich so delicious in my whole life. I swallowed the whole thing in less than 3 minutes. I couldn't put the sandwich off. I've never had such an experience with a sandwich. The dining area is very spacious and well lit. The staff was very friendly. You have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine with many delicious options, a variety of pages, and good chips! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have the best sandwich of their lives. 11/10.

Excellent. I have an Italian on wheat. Great taste and good portions. Only down there was about 20 minutes to get my a sub and there were less than 10 people in front of me. As long as you don't mind waiting, it's worth it!

First visit- customer service was very poor. Workers were outright rude. They did fix an issue with the order, so that redeemed them a bit. Food was very good. Hopefully it was just an off day for the employees. I would give them another shot.
