They knew what veganism is. amazing food, tasty and variety in vegan options: scalded gofio, beef potage, meatballs, curry chickpeas. convenient to book. simply excellent. everything was great, from personal to food quality. we had meatballs with mango and curry willow, gofio escaldado (a kind of mais flour with broth) and potaje de berros (cold with water cream) the rations were generous, the price was more than reasonable, and the staff knew well what means vegan. we'll be back. updated by previous review on 2022-03-05
