Whit's Frozen Custard Of Graham

I went into Whit 's Frozen Custard in Hillsborough, NC, on Sunday, September 17, 2023, around 12:45 p.m. to get a chocolate milkshake. The girl who waited on me was quite unfriendly. She charged me $6.49 for a runny tasteless milk shake in a small paper cup. She slung it up on the counter and walked away, no offer of a thank you, straw, napkin . . .nothing. The so-called milk shake had absolutely zero taste, I had to take it home, put it in the freezer for over an hour before it was partially cold. It was like something you would get at McDonald 's back in the 70 's, made with ice milk. I was so pissed and wanted to take it back in there, but had already driven off with it. Do NOT waste your time going there. It 's a rip-off for people with more money than brains. Live and learned. They won 't get another penny from me!

Recently, Whits catered desserts for a community event for a group I’m a member of. We got feedback that everyone loved the custard and working/coordinating with them and their staff was so simple and convenient.If you want great custard and to support a local business that cares about giving back to their community. This is the place to go

I didn 't even know this place existed! I ended up at the Huntersville location by chance and later found out there was a location close to me. Wanted to check it out and see if it was equally good.I 've had a lot of ice cream, gelato, etc...Whit 's probably has the BEST texture I 've ever had! Super smooth and creamy, almost silky!It got the Mud Pie Whitser and it was sooo good! My only complaint , if I must have one, the oreo pieces were bigger than I expected.Price is reasonable. Plenty of options, fully customizable. Take home pints and other ready made treats are available. Adding this place to my regular ice cream rotation. Definitely a must try!

Best frozen sweet stuff anywhere. My favorite? The Buckeye Whitser!

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It was almost comical and quite frankly could’ve been a scene from a movie. The ladies obviously did not want to be there or interact with guests.
