Food was great no complaints about that got a hot dog with the way it comes, a chicken quesadilla, and a large fry yummy like always. But the atmosphere and the customer service sucked, let me just remind these people in the restaurant business that being nice to customers is part of customer service, you can never get no kindness from anywhere at these dang restaurants. This lady just had her hand out waiting for my card didn’t say a word to me, then handed me my food I said “thank you have a good day”, and this lady just shut the sliding window in my face and then said “you too” on the other said of the window. The food is good and it doesn't matter how much some people love it, cook-out has a little problem: they are hiring i llegal immigrants to work with. Immigrants have fake social security numbers. My friend asked the manager if they are using E-verify to check out the employment eligibility and the manager said yes, but we don't think so. Somebody might report these restaurants for not checking their workers background, as it's required by law. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Went to cookout today sat at the window waiting for my food for a good ten minutes, mind you i got a corn dog tray with cheese bites and a chicken wrap. i’m getting really irritated at this point. the rude girl at the window says what we’re your two sides? are you kidding me?! i ask for a refund after that and she says i’ll have to get my manager at this point i just drove off bc i was about to be very ugly. NEVER again cookout Service: 1
