I went through the drive through before my son?s football practice to order a whopper with cheese no bun no pickle no ketchup. Got to practice and there was a burger patty with cheese lettuce and onion but no mayonnaise and no tomato?s. So I went back to get the mayonnaise/tomatoes. When I explained what was missing on my whopper with cheese Jill whom I believe was the manager rudely threw away my whopper and remade my whopper. When she gave it to me she said we don?t add mayonnaise or tomato to low carb options! First off I was thinking I didn?t order anything as a low carb option. I ordered and paid for a whopper with no bun no pickles no ketchup. Then when I looked at what was on my remade whopper by Jill I saw that she didn?t put the cheese I paid for. When I spoke up to Jill calmly saying you forget the cheese for my whopper. Jill rudely said you should have said that when I went to remake it. I did!!! I was so upset with how horrible the customer service Jill represented that I couldn?t even eat the food I paid for! In fact the only reason I know the name to speak of here is because when I went back to my car I was so upset by the way I was treated so I went back into the establishment to directly ask this female managers name. As I left upset Manger Jill condescendingly said have a nice day. All Jill had to do was give me a side of mayonnaise and tomato. But instead she treated me like I did something wrong and she gave me a cold burnt patty with unmelted cheese plus toppings. I will be calling corporate to complain about who they have managing things for there company! I?ve never been treated like this when purchasing food.
Would love to give a zero. Waited an hour in thru because lobby is still closed and attempted to order a posted menu item and when ordering was informed by the drive up window employee that that item is discontinued. Unfortunately unable to backup because of the long line of autos. There was NOT a sign posted that stated items sold out of or discontinued posted on the menu or on the post where there was a printed sign stating hours changed and please be patient of the possible long wait time due to limited working staff. Lost an hour of our time. Think Wendy's IS truly the better fast food change or buy from local mom pop.
We ordered a croissant double cheese burger 2 for $5 last August 13 in the morning breafast and we only got single patty. Not a good experienced.
Getting so tired of this burger king. We love the fish sandwiches but it's been a struggle to not get them so dried out you almost break a tooth. And when you call management they claim they will reimburse you but your name never gets put into the book. I have my receipts and everything and they have done this 4 or 5 times now And now they close before 8? I understand there is a shortage of people who actually want to work but for months?
I swing in here every once in a while after work which right now it?s 11:30 while writing this. Everytime I get food the food is cold like not even really warm. You guys are gonna make someone sick and rich and it?s not like I went anywhere before eating I pulled out of the drive thru parked and ate. It?s always like this never got food you guys need to get a clue or shut the doors for good it?s out of control. I?ve came here twice on the weekend with my family and same thing cold food. You know I?m gonna call corporate on you guys and see how that goes especially since you guys don?t respond to anything one here. Great job burger king.
