Bojangles - Graham

This was my first time to order the Roasted Chicken Salat it came with bacon that was an unexpected bonus! The salad was good, it was served with two packages from Marzetti Ranch Dressing. My daughter got the children 6 pieces chicken nuggets food, with fries (cancers or curly) and your choice of Shamrock milk (cook or white) or honest children apple juice. The chicken is real and it wasn't dry. The chicken bugs are like 3 times the size of chic-fil-a. You also run vouchers every month that you can get good food for less money!

We drove through the thru drive for a change of burger / chicken joints. We have the classic Bratbeef that was 2 for $6 and Fritten. It was great! Good offer and good food. The line was placed shorter than the Burger/Hähnchen.

Love these Arbys... sometimes you just have to wait a few, but food always fresh and good. Turkey and Swiss Deli Sandwich with cup melted Cheddar on the page recommend...

They were friendly, fast. I added my order in the window, they are not excited, they smiled and added the item and did not hesitate. Food was delicious

Unfortunately this Bo's is not living up to the franchise standards anymore. For starters, 3/3 times recently my order was wrong, even after clarifying twice. Nothing complicated either sandwich meals with fries and Pepsi's. Also, every time I'vebeen there over the last few months, the service was exceptionally slow, and unprofessional. They literally take an order, makeit and send it out before taking another new order. So, if you're the third car in line expect to wait at least 20 minutes justto put your order in. One time, the line literally didn't move for about 30 minutes. Most of the people, including myself, left,and went elsewhere. To top it off, I have typically been getting sandwiches that are old, dry, and overcooked to the point ofactually hurting my teeth biting into it at times. Unfortunately, I am typically getting Bo's when on the road, so I have tojust pick things apart and eat what is salvageable. That's unacceptable especially considering they are only making one order ata time. I must be getting chicken that had sat well past the heat lamp time and was refried in an attempt to freshen it up andreheat. I keep trying to give them a chance but I'm officially done with this establishment, and will travel elsewhere to arespectable Bo's with professional employees and fresh food next time. They clearly need more employees, and to invest intraining, in addition to managers and supervisors to be present and set a professional example.
