Subway - Grafton

Very slow every time I come in they're filling an online order and I have to wait and it doesn't matter if I've been staying in line for 20 minutes for cookies if an online order comes in for one they pull it right in front of u before waiting on you! Not sure what happened our customer service at all

Everytime I go into this subway I get treated rudely by the workers.

Other subways seem to b better...they have same foods but hospitality isn't as good here as some other subways

There were a few teenagers working. When we arrived, they had an upset customer to deal with from the service he received days prior. The kids handled him professionally and were apologetic, though he acknowledged they weren't the ones working that day. It was busy. They worked hard to get everyone's sandwiches made and had great manners. Great work, kids!
