Noodles Company - Grafton

The staff is hard working and diligent. They worked as fast as possible, although they had to fill out several door dash orders. The noodles were not overcooked and tender like other places. I applaud her hard work! But... I don't know if the pandemic is afraid or if there were changes to the recipes? But the once impressive Crispy rice delicacies were with less marchmallow or something.

Good food for a chain, actually far above average. I don't know if they're all so good, because that's the only one I've done. I gave four stars because I ordered online when they first opened (10:30) said I would pick it up in an hour. When I asked about 11:20 after the order, the polite and friendly young lady at the reception went down a long series of neglected order intakes and said it had just come. To her credit, I was out there by 11:30 with the complete order. I also noticed that not one of the food preparations or food bagers wore gloves. Not a big deal for me, but it seemed unusual for a food service company nowadays.

I love this place. Good food that is fresh to order, one of the best fast food chains the zucchini noodles (zoodles) other vegetables provide healthier food also on the street. You can even make semi-noodles on request. Regarding the features, some locations have outside seats, I'm not sure about board pickup as I usually go to pick it up. Definitely one of my favorite fast food places.

The restaurant is nice but unfortunately too loud. The menu is great. Food and service both receive a rating of 5, but the atmosphere is only a 2.
