Lois Huck Truck - Grafton

The Huck Truck is a-maz-ing! The owner is a very friendly woman who makes sure we feel welcome every time we visit! She remembered our names after meeting us and personally calls us when our food is ready. I go there about every other Tuesday with my boyfriend for some good eats and fun homemade sides. We're currently making our way down the list of sandwich options and so far every one of them has been soooo good! I will definitely visit for as long as the Huck Truck is in Concordia. Heck, i might even drive a town over if they move! :D

The quality that comes from this little food truck is unsurpassed! I would drive in a category 5 hurricane to taste one of their Panini 's. Not to mention there 's some pretty amazing salads as well. I had the 'surprise me with amazingness ' sandwich and it was truly awesome!
