In my case I went to the lunch at the reopening from the holidays, I found a pleasant, well-furnished place and with some gastronomic spikes like the carpione. For my meal I took a yellow risotto with ossobuco, the red would have preferred it a little less cooked but it was not shaken and the meat was more than abundant, a unique dish worth two, delicious in taste and well distinguished meat and risotto. The accompaniment I like most is with the bread I knew they do every day. It was also a real pleasure and I learned a lot about some culinary aspects thanks to the owner and cook of the premises. I think I'm glad to come back for dinner.
