The sandwiches were burnt, there was egg on a dish that was supposed to be egg-free, and I was overcharged for breakfast sandwiches. I understand that they may be training new staff, but as a Tim Hortons worker from another location, I can attest that it is not a difficult job. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1 out of 5. The average cost per person for breakfast was $10–20.
The service at this downtown restaurant is always rushed and it seems like they may have overlooked toasting the English muffin on the breakfast sandwiches. The coffee tasted burnt and overall the service at the window was also rushed. Once the window is closed, there is no opportunity to ask for anything else. This was a takeout breakfast meal experience.
I'm not a coffee drinker, but this place isn't bad. We got takeout for a different type of meal. The price per person is between $1 and $10. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a 4 out of 5.
Great workers great food and drinks. Workers are always nice and respectful Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Turkey Bacon Club, Blueberry Muffin
One guy was very helpful even being new. But this location needs to teach first come first serve. Meaning if someone orders three donuts and they are in the show case as of the time they swipe there card then it should be put in a bag and given to them not 5 mins later after the rest have been taken. And not any extra coming out. Very disappointed since my elderly uncle only likes one kind of donut. Then they just stared after I told them that like they didn’t kno what to do. Every aspect of a job isn’t taught now a days. No one feels like they get paid to do a complete job now. Need to get it into shape like it once was.
