I finally had Malatang in Christchurch. The portions are large and there are many varieties. And there are many authentic Beijing snacks. The staff are also very friendly. Five-star praise. Had very good staff service. We went before close but staff was still very friendly and helped us with our order. We ordered a pot, where we had normal spice which tasted really nice Really liked the base of the hotpot. Also had quite a variety of food selections, we got quite a lot of great food. Price is also affordable. Recommended to come try!! You can order items such as noodles, dumplings and buns from the menu. Or you can pick your own ingredients and have it cooked like a Spicy Hot Pot , which costs $4.50/100g. Overall the food is pretty good, but a little too salty for me. Service was good and we didn 't have to wait long for the food
